Today I’m going to be writing my goals down AGAIN.
I do this once a month for my 5 year and 10 year goals.
everyday I have my daily goals mapped out on my piece of paper.
And that’s the “secret”…make a workout program out of your life.
Track your progress vs your loss.
What time spent was beneficial and what was a waste?
i.e., waste: me stalking people on Facebook …hahaaha
Whats are you going to accomplish today? tomorrow? next week?
When do you want to finish it?
MAP OUT THE ULTIMATE PLAN and I’ll guarantee you will see the finish line.

Till the end

Hey everyone
Just returning from Elmira ny and training with Smitty from Diesel Crew and his men. It was a great and honorable experience.
Hitting a little conditioning medley at the end called the “widow maker”(FUCK!).
Awesome but a fight to the end with every last step. It lasted about 10 mins and the loads got up to close to 500 pounds in the prowler.
End point… it broke me.
I vomited….Twice.
But in the time of pushing I wanted to quit and it seemed like I couldn’t move anymore.
There is one thing I will never do and that’s give up.

Even if it takes me forever I’m going to truck through little steps at a time.

Am I proud if my performance?

Negatory but still did work. Weighing only 165-170 that load gets heavy. No excuses I could do better.
And that right there is why we have to do things that make is uncomfortable. And don’t quit at things.
ALLLL HEART!

It makes us realize how much more we need to push or how much harder we need to work.
Being uncomfortable will help you progress as a person and will develop character.
Stepping outta your comfort zone id where we learn new things about ourselves that we may not have known.
Breaking outta the routine is only going to make you stronger.
Do today do something that you’ve been afraid to do.
Something you are terrified to do.
Ask someone who you’ve been dying ti ask out.
And don’t worry about the end result.
It may be great it may be shitty.
But by practicing the method stepping outta the comfort zone will become easier and easier.
And that’s progress on its own.
Kill the day everyone!!!

I have a dream and this dream told me this:

No one makes decisions for you only you do and to be honest..
No one really cares that much about you.
The one that should care the most, is the person reading this blog post.
We can blame people alllll day for the things that we didn’t get or the things we didn’t achieve.
But we have to learn to point the finger to ourselves.
If you don’t take responsiblity for your actions or you future.
No one is going to help you out that much.
In the end its all about you.
Responsiblity is the main fundamental of success.
Without self-discipline there are no goals.
I have the word discipline tattooed on my right arm because its the most important thing you need in life.
You need the discipline to hold on to plans and keep you on track of the road of your goals.
When you stop blaming other people and situations for “YOUR” unhappiness that you can finally move forward.
So pretty much everyone the goal of today is to stop thinking negatively about who did what and who did that to you.
Because your life is not about them, its about YOU.
If you want to lose weight then you make that choice and hold on to it.
If you want to make 1000000dollars then you make that choice and do all the work you have to do to get there.
if you want to be the boss of your company then you work till you bleed to get there.
if you want that state championship then you drill till you bleed, and get in the best possible shape you can…
Take 100% RESPONSIBLITY for what happens in it.

This exercise works….

Just had a killer 2 classes at 5AM (the dedicated) and the 6 AM (same dedication)..They did work and had some new heads join the family..
Wanted to let everyone know that I am grateful.
Being grateful is empowering.

Its all about the little things that you are grateful for..
after doing this exercise I wanted to take on the world.
YOU HAVE TO DO IT OUTLOUD and WITH PASSION.

You have to get uncomfortable and F’ everyoe else right now
and appreciate everything you are happy with..
It s all about the little things and we ahve to remember that…

One of what days? The one where you are ALIVE and able to tell someone about your shitty day?
What bed? Who decides where the wrong side is?
Is the left side full of naked women and 100 dollar bills and the right side is fire pits and dog shit? ( you get my point)
If you wake up and automatically think that way then your day is going to continue to be just the same.
It’s not in the stars or GOD wants you to have the shittiest day of your life.
It’s because you want to be there.
Subconciously
YOU WANT TO FEEL SORRY for yourself and want others to SYMPATHIZE.
I remember when I was dealing with depressions and bi-polar, I use to think so negatively soooo much that I thought of no other way.
That was the only way I thought..
I had No confidence
No self esteem
No will to live.
I was fed up.
So don’t tell me that I don’t know what its like and he doesn’t know what it feels like to have one of “those days”
When I have that feeling like I don’t want to wake up…I FUCKING WAKE UP!
When I don’t feel like “myself today”…
I make myself feel like “MYSELF”
It’s all in the way you think and how you feel about yourself.
If you think you’re a piece of shit…
Well then…you’re a piece of shit.
If you want to be a million bucks, then believe you have it and walk around with that attitude.
Mindsets can take you far in life…
But if your mindset is shitty then it will take you to the place is belongs.
Down the fucking toilet with the rest of the shit.
Enjoy the day and stop thinking shitty.
Its not worth it because
We are Powerful Beyond Measure.

This move makes me jump outta my seat every time I see it.
Ever since I was a kid I loved this movie and how this song and montage made me feel.
The kid was a nobody in a new town and it was time for him to make some noise because he was tired of taking shit.
The gang of bullies kept rackin on him and beating the piss outta him.
Did he ever give up?
NO
Did he want to at times?
Yess
Did he succeed at the end?
Fuck yeah Crane KICK bitches!!!
This thing you have to notice is his work ethic.
He worked with Miagi day and night just doing the simple things and working the basics.
It’s not about the complex shit out there it always comes down to the real shit, the base. the basics.

Believe in that man.
Take those words home and embed them into your brain.
You have to believe it though.
I remember when I didn’t believe in it and just shit on myself.
I got down and depressed in the process because I didn’t believe I was the best around.
I believed I was just another kid….
and that what we are not.
We all have the potential to be great…
to be the best…
to be powerful beyond measure.
But its all gotta start at one place and that’s in your heart.
You have to believe it so bad that it bleeds off your chest.

Psychological effects….

Sorry guys I had the wrong vid up just before that was for later on.

This is about the story when I realized that I needed help. I suffered through depression, bi polar issues, prescribed tons of medication that made me  person I didn’t want to be.

Paxil, Lithium, prozac….etc etc…

not a fun time…


Girlfriend…Whats that?

Girls was always an issue with me because I never had the confidence in asking girls out
I never saw myself as handsome or good-looking
So I never had the guts to do anything that involved rejection
Spin the bottle
7 minutes in heaven
My first kiss? What was that..
My kisses usually involved a girl with I was half was intoxicated
Because at least by that point if I were rejected I could blame the XXX
It became a front and I just got use to being “the friend”
and by that time I didn’t have the experience that most guys did at that time
so i felt insecure about that
one insecurity lead to another and another and another…

What’s up everyone
Just ran out to downtown Jersey city to hang near the water this morning.
I look at the New York city and Remember the dream I once had.
I wanted to be a killer stand up comic
and travel around the country.
During that time I was still training people and slowly fell in
Love more with helping people.
Regardless I still make people laugh, but now I also make them feel good about themselves.

Why I am a trainer….

I was just thinking about why I am here?

What is my purpose?

Why did I become a trainer/coach?

I was placed here to help people. Help and aid people through their tough times, through their hidden stories…

I love the fact taht people walk outta KRANK with self accomplishment, with higher self esteem, with belief that its not over.

I really just want people to be better and if thats them increasing their strength by 50% or fitting into a pair of jeans that they

wore 5 years ago then let it be.

Sometimes we as a trainers/coaches, get all caught up with whats suppose to the right way to do things, the sciences, the

programming, what methods to use, etc…etc…

.We forget the real reason we are training them in the first place and thats for them to feel better about themselves.

a feeling of self accomplishment to be  a BETTER YOU.

We are not here to “do work” for the sake of the motto.

We are doing work so we have self achievement in our lives again.

Usually I talk to people and the best shape they were in was highschool.

Well why not let your body ride that train again because isn’t over after highschool…

its the beginning of life all over again…

Perfection?

Being the fat kid was not easy…

Although I led people to believe that I was cool with the mocking and fat jokes, I just rolled with the punches…

I just rolled with the laughter.

I decided to make jokes to humor people to distract them from reality.

I hid behind the laughs to mask the true feelings of hurt I had…

I loved my friends and still love them to death but

I never let them see me bleed.

I never let anyone really see me shed the tears and the blood of self induced pain.

I don’t want you to feel sorry for me here…

I’m just trying to tell my story…

The life of the laughing fat kid that cared.

Perfection! Why are we so tied up on looking perfect. Are the people that you believe are images of perfection, really perfect?


Why I am here…

I am a personal trainer/strength coach with a life that no one realizes I had and/or have.

Everyone thinks that being in shape is just something you are born with and do not realize that the reason we choose to help people with there fitness goals is because most of us (trainers) have been there, whether or whether not they want to admit it.

Here is where I will tell my stories and what drove me to the career and life choices I have made, in relation to the life of my past.
I am a strength and conditioning coach, wrestling coach, motivator, trainer and I to have lived in a shitty and confused mind as well as many people out there.

If you know me I am very self motivated, positive in many ways, and work hard as shit.

But years ago, behind the scenes, I have a bag full of mind fucking situations

And I was placed in these situations to pass on information to my clients ,to prevent or support what they may do or what they have dealt with in the past.
I am here because I care about my clients/friends.
I am here because I am not all muscle.
I am here because my heart is bigger than the masses.
